Job Match System (JMS)
The Job Match System (JMS) allows job seekers to conduct a job search using Internet spider technology to view jobs posted by employers and match skills to positions posted on national job boards and private industry web sites. The JMS features a résumé and letter builder to generate a new résumé to be sent to employers. Job seekers can also explore the regional labor market for information such as the average weekly earnings for a position or the fastest growing occupations.

NHES Networking Groups
NHES Networking Groups are for groups of professionals either in transition or working, living or interested in doing business in New Hampshire. The purpose is to help people advance professionally and to assist them with successful business and organizational activities and with successful transition to new employment.

EMT Recruitment and Retention Program
In order to help recruit and retain more people into the emergency medical services field in New Hampshire, the state has created a program that pays for training costs to become certified and licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) as well as an Advanced EMT. The program also provides wage incentives to hiring employers and pays a $1,000 retention bonus to any individual newly licensed as an EMT that continues in that role in NH for 6 months following licensure.
