New Hampshire Employment Security is hosting the Berlin Job and Resource Fair on Thursday, April 2nd 2015 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. This hiring event is taking place at the New Hampshire Employment Security office located at 151 Pleasant Street, Berlin, NH 03570.

A number of businesses with immediate job openings and future positions will be on hand to speak and interview candidates. The career fields represented by the companies that have registered for this hiring event include manufacturing, staffing, retail, education, and health care, among others. Job seekers should dress professionally, bring copies of their resumes and be prepared to interview.

“New Hampshire Employment Security’s Job and Resource Fairs, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are an important part of our efforts to expand middle class opportunity and keep our economy moving in the right direction, and I’d like to thank New Hampshire Employment Security and participating employers for working together to make this fair possible,” Governor Hassan said.

"Good employment opportunities in the North Country keep our workforce in the state and provide the ability for workers to support their families and to advance their careers," states Executive Councilor Joseph Kenney.

Senator Jeff Wood Woodburn states, "We know in Coos County that a job can change a life, stabilize a family and build a community. We are fortunate to have government agencies, like the Department of Employment Security, who understand the economic and social benefits of creating opportunities for not only the unemployed but all workers and toils tirelessly and creatively to put people to work."

“The Berlin Job and Resource Fair is an opportunity for job seekers to meet face-to-face with a variety of employers, develop a network of professional contacts and have an opportunity to ask employers questions about their specific organization or industry,” states Commissioner George Copadis of New Hampshire Employment Security. New Hampshire continues to support and provide the necessary tools to our unemployed or underemployed residents to secure that next good job.
