Health Medicare is the primary source for information related to tracking health data in New Hampshire. The numbers of aged and disabled Medicare recipients are reported. The number of covered days in skilled nursing facilities, the average number of days per admission, and the approved charges per day are tracked. Counts of persons served by home health agencies, average number of visits per person, total number of visits and average charges per visit are also tracked. Health insurance coverage and measures related to overall health and wellness are also reported.
