New Hampshire Employment Security to Host the Salem Area Job and Resource Fair
on Thursday, June 27, 2019!

CONCORD- New Hampshire Employment Security is hosting the Salem Area Job and Resource Fair on Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Salem High School located at 44 Geremonty Drive Salem NH 03079. The Job and Resource Fair is taking place in the Salem High School Cafeteria.

Whether you are looking to re-enter the workforce or make a career change, you will have an opportunity to meet with numerous employers with countless employment opportunities at the Salem Area Job and Resource Fair. Those interested in expanding their network with valuable new contacts and meet recruiters from a diverse variety of private and public-sector employers, all eager to hire for full- and part-time positions ranging from entry-level to management positions are encouraged to attend this networking and hiring event. A full list of participating employers can be found at www.nhes.nh.gov and will be available on the day of the event.

“Opportunities for employment abound here in New Hampshire as our economy continues to boom,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “The Salem Job & Resource Fair will surely be an exciting chance for Granite Staters to connect with employers and pursue lucrative employment opportunities.”

Executive Councilor Russell Prescott said, “Bringing companies into a room with job seekers, ready and willing to work, is the most direct way to create employment”.

"The Salem Area Job & Resource Fair will bring together local businesses looking to hire and job seekers looking for that next great employment opportunity. By helping to make these connections we are assisting businesses with their hiring needs while also assisting job seekers in the community secure employment close to home," said New Hampshire Employment Security Commissioner George Copadis.

If you are unable to attend the Salem Area Job & Resource Fair, you are always able to access free job and career services through New Hampshire Employment Security at any one of the twelve NH WORKS centers located throughout the state. The NH WORKS centers provide free resources and services to assist both job seekers and employers with the entire job search and hiring process. If you are unable to make it to a NH WORKS center, services are available online at www.nhes.nh.gov.
