New Hampshire Employment Security is hosting the Keene Job and Resource Fair on Tuesday, July 14th 2015 from 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. This hiring event is taking place at the Colony Mill Marketplace located at 222 West Street, Keene NH 03431.

A number of businesses with immediate job opportunities and future opportunities will be on hand to speak with and interview candidates. The career fields represented by the companies that have registered for this hiring event include manufacturing, staffing, retail, education, and health care, among others. Job seekers should dress professionally, bring copies of their resumes and be prepared to interview.

“New Hampshire Employment Security’s Job and Resource Fairs, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are an important part of our efforts to expand middle class opportunity and keep our economy moving in the right direction, and I’d like to thank New Hampshire Employment Security and participating employers for working together to make this fair possible”, Governor Hassan said.

"Connecting the talented workers of Keene and Cheshire County with employers looking to hire employees is a great example of how our state government can work to expand economic opportunity for all. The Keene Job and Resource Fair is an excellent opportunity for employers and potential employees to meet together. And I would encourage anyone who may be interested in new employment, a different job opportunity, or simply a chance to see what may be available to attend the Fair", states Senator Molly Kelly.

Executive Councilor Colin Van Ostern says, "The Monadnock region is home to a great workforce, and this is an important opportunity for local residents to connect directly with regional and statewide employers - a real win-win for our state economy and NH workers."

“The Keene Job and Resource Fair is an opportunity for job seekers to meet face-to-face with a variety of employers, develop a network of professional contacts and have an opportunity to ask employers questions about their specific organization or industry. New Hampshire continues to support and provide the necessary tools to our unemployed or underemployed residents to secure that next good job”, states Commissioner George Copadis of New Hampshire Employment Security.
