“Events like the Nashua Job Fair, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are a critical part of our efforts to strengthen our innovation economy and support a strong middle class,” Governor Maggie Hassan said. “The Nashua Job Fair will also provide opportunities for veterans and their families, who have bravely sacrificed in defense of our freedom and have considerable talent and unique skills that will strengthen our civilian workforce and our economy. I want to thank our veterans for their service, as well as New Hampshire Employment Security and the participating businesses for their efforts to build a stronger, more innovative New Hampshire.”

“The Nashua Job Fair with its focus on our veterans is one way we can thank New Hampshire’s veterans for their service to our nation,” said Commissioner George Copadis of New Hampshire Employment Security. “We want to do everything in our power to help our heroes utilize their skills to build careers in New Hampshire, and connect employers with these talented and experienced individuals to fill open job opportunities.”

NHES proudly sponsors these events in order to help veterans and their spouses connect with their next career opportunity. “Military veterans possess the skills, discipline and leadership experience that are ideally suited to employers in need of a ready workforce,” said NHES Commissioner, George Copadis.
