Concord- New Hampshire Employment Security is hosting the Haverhill Job Fair on July 18th 2014 from 10:00-2:00 at Haverhill City Hall located at 2975 Dartmouth College Highway in Haverhill NH 03774.

Employers from a wide assortment of industries will be on hand to speak with job seekers. These employers are looking to fill an array of positions, including manufacturing, retail, service, hospitality, and healthcare. Job seekers should dress professionally, bring copies of their resumes and be prepared to interview.

“Events like the Haverhill Job Fair, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are a critical part of our efforts to strengthen our innovation economy and support a strong middle class,” Governor Maggie Hassan said. “By supporting and hosting this job fair, New Hampshire Employment Security is helping to build a stronger, more innovative New Hampshire.”

“The state of NH is very fortunate to have Commissioner Copadis and the Department of Employment Security working daily to help those seeking employment connect with employers. These job fairs are an effective tool, providing a professional one-stop opportunity that benefits the employer and the employee”, states Senator Forrester.

Executive Councilor Joseph Kenney states, "Nothing is more important than having a job that can lead to a career and further develop one's work skills. The Haverhill Job Fair is a great way to network, meet a potential employer and set up for a job interview."

“In addition to bringing in top employers from throughout New Hampshire, we are providing resources for job seekers to assist them in preparing for their search. This job fair is one of several ways we are helping residents and the business community match qualified individuals with job openings,” said George Copadis, Commissioner of NH Employment Security.
