Data for New Hampshire’s labor force, as reported to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, are provided for the most recent years and are compared to the nation. Labor force participation rates are provided for the state and broken out by gender and ranked nationally. Residential employment figures and unemployment rates are available for the state, by gender, and for youth residents age 16 to 19 years are also provided and compared to those of the nation. Data for work stoppages as a result of a union strike are also provided.
