CONCORD - New Hampshire Employment Security is hosting the Horticulture Industry Job Fair on Thursday March 10th 2016 from 10:00 to 2:00 at the Steeplegate Mall located at 270 Loudon Road Concord NH 03301. Job seekers will have access to employers looking for candidates to fill positions in the horticulture industry such as Installation Crews, Assistant Foreman, Crew Personnel, General Laborers, Order Fillers, Grower’s Assistants, Receptionists, Propagation Assistants, Delivery Drivers, Production Assistants, Nursery Workers, Mechanics Helpers, Perennial Plant Specialists as well as Inside Sales Specialists. A full list of participating employers will be available on the day of the event. This great hiring event is free and open to all job seekers.

“New Hampshire Employment Security’s Job and Resource Fairs, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are an important part of our efforts to expand middle class opportunity and keep our economy moving in the right direction, and I’d like to thank New Hampshire Employment Security and participating employers for working together to make this fair possible,” Governor Hassan said.

“Helping to connect job seekers with hiring employers has been a top priority of New Hampshire Employment Security since day one when I arrived. As a result of these job fairs together with all of our re-employment programs provided at each of our local offices located throughout the state, we are delivering on our promise to connect our residents with real opportunities,” said New Hampshire Employment Security Commissioner George Copadis.

NHES provides free services, resources, and tools to assist both job seekers and employers with the entire job search process, hiring and employment needs. NHES has services available online and onsite to assist job seekers including an automated Job Match System, internet access, local papers, employment counseling, and career assessments, as well as, workshops on job searching, resume writing and interviewing techniques.
