New Hampshire Employment Security to Host the Conway Job & Resource Fair on May 8th

CONCORD-New Hampshire Employment Security is hosting the Conway Job & Resource Fair on May 8th, 2015, from 10:00 to 2:00 at the Parks & Recreation Facility located at 1634 East Main Street Center Conway, NH 03813. Job seekers will have access to employers looking for candidates to fill positions in a multitude of industries. A full list of participating employers will be available on the day of the event. This great hiring event is free and open to all job seekers.

“New Hampshire Employment Security’s Job and Resource Fairs, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are an important part of our efforts to expand middle class opportunity and keep our economy moving in the right direction, and I’d like to thank New Hampshire Employment Security and participating employers for working together to make this fair possible,” Governor Hassan said.

Executive Councilor Joseph Kenney states, "The job fair is a great opportunity to meet with employers in the area who are seeking to hire quality people who want to work in the Mount Washington Valley area. No better way to network and develop your job application skills then to stop by and meet the people who want to meet you."

New Hampshire Employment Security continues to work to address the needs of job seekers and the business community. This job fair and resource fair is one way we are helping residents and the business community match qualified individuals with job openings" said George Copadis, Commissioner of NH Employment Security.

NHES provides free services, resources, and tools to assist both job seekers and employers with the entire job search process, hiring and employment needs. NHES has services available online and onsite to assist job seekers including an automated Job Match System, internet access, local papers, employment counseling, and career assessments, as well as, workshops on job searching, resume writing and interviewing techniques.
