Manchester Job and Resource Fair to be held September 10th
Sweeney Post Manchester
251 Maple Street
Manchester, NH

The Manchester Job and Resource Fair, sponsored by New Hampshire Employment Security will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Sweeney Post Manchester located at 251 Maple Street, Manchester, NH. The event will offer opportunities for job-seekers interested in entry-level as well as skilled and professional positions. The Manchester Job and Resource Fair welcomes all Veterans and Veteran Friendly Employers, and is open to all job seekers.

“Events like the Manchester Job and Resource Fair, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are a critical part of our efforts to strengthen our innovation economy,” Governor Maggie Hassan said. “By sponsoring this job and resource fair, New Hampshire Employment Security is helping to support a strong middle class and a stronger, more innovative New Hampshire.”

Commissioner George Copadis of New Hampshire Employment Security said, “We want people in New Hampshire who are looking for work to know that there are jobs available. This Job and Resource Fair will include employers from one end of the state to the other that either have job openings today or anticipate having openings in the near future. We encourage people to come prepared to interview for these roles. We are always striving to support our unemployed or underemployed residents to obtain that next good job so that they can better support their families and be active in their local communities. People that are looking for work need opportunities like this to interact with organizations that are seeking to fill positions. We are excited to help make these connections.”
