New Hampshire Employment Security is hosting the Rochester Job Fair on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Rochester American Legion Post #7 located at 94 Eastern Avenue in Rochester NH.

Employers from a wide assortment of industries will be on hand to speak with job seekers. These employers are looking to fill an array of positions, including manufacturing, retail, service, hospitality, and healthcare.

"Events like the Rochester Job Fair, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are an invaluable part of our efforts to strengthen our innovation economy," Governor Maggie Hassan said. "By supporting and hosting this job fair, New Hampshire Employment Security is helping to build a stronger, more innovative New Hampshire."

"This is a great opportunity for job seekers to network with businesses from around the Granite State in the hopes of securing a good job," said Commissioner George Copadis of New Hampshire Employment Security.

NHES provides free services, resources, and tools to assist both job seekers and employers with the entire job search process, hiring and employment needs. NHES has services available online and onsite to assist job seekers including an automated Job Match System, internet access, local papers, employment counseling, and career assessments, as well as, workshops on job searching, résumé writing and interviewing techniques.
