NH Employment Security and NH Works are partnering with the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce and The Exeter Rotary Club to offer the Second Annual Exeter Job & Resource Fair on Friday February 15th.

"This is a great opportunity for job seekers to connect with over 50 Exeter area employers and resources in the hope of securing permanent full time employment," said Commissioner George Copadis. The Exeter Job Fair will be held at the Exeter Town Hall from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. This Job Fair is open to the public and available to all job seekers.

More than 50 employers and resources from a wide variety of industries will be available to job seekers. These employers have positions available including: facilities manager, engineers, LNA, LPN, RN, PCSP, CDLA Driver, laborers, sales, collections, customer service representatives, bank tellers, financial service representative, pharmacy technicians, cable assemblers, machinist, maintenance mechanics, industrial electricians, insurance agents, community marketing executives, inside sales account managers, accountants, CNC machine operators, mechanical design engineers, oracle developers, police officers, administrative and warehouse positions, as well as resources for jobseekers.

Some of the employers scheduled to attend are: AFLAC Insurance, Exeter Hospital, TD Bank, Rite Aid, Foss Manufacturing Company LLC, Combined Insurance, Welcome Wagon, PC Connection, Inc., Citizens Bank, JP Pest Services Inc., Leddy Group, ESGR, SIG SAUER, The Davis Companies, Cobham-Exeter, Teledyne, Maxim Healthcare Services, NAMTEK Corp., Easter Seals of NH, Reliable Restoration & Recovery, United States Air Force Reserve, Job Corps, NH Department of Corrections, FedEx Ground, Wal-Mart Distribution Center, and many more.

NHES provides free services, resources, and tools to assist both job seekers and employers with the entire job search process, hiring and employment needs. NHES has services available online and onsite to assist job seekers including an automated Job Match System, internet access, local papers, employment counseling, and career assessments, as well as, workshops on job searching, resume writing and interviewing techniques.
