NHES Holds Veterans' Career and Resource Fair

LITTLETON, NH - The New Hampshire Employment Security office in Littleton held a Veterans' Career and Resource Fair on Friday, December 21, 2012. Veterans in the North Country viewed a presentation on local veteran service resources, employment opportunities, and improved methods for seeking and finding employment. Retired Army Sergeant Major Jim Goss of the New Hampshire branch of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve was on hand to describe the services that his agency provides to veterans across the state. John Wilbarger, a retired Marine, provided information on his position as a Department of Defense contractor for A-Team Solutions. John is an Employment Transition Coordinator based in Concord, but whose territory encompasses the entire state of New Hampshire, providing primarily returning veterans and dependents with reemployment services, such as networking, resume building, and interview preparation.

NHES-Littleton provides Veterans' workshops on a quarterly basis. For more information on these workshops, contact David A. Ezyk, (603) 444-2971 ext. 98310.
