The OES program is a semiannual survey of employers that collects occupational employment and wage data. It produces employment estimates and hourly or annual wage information, such as mean, median, entry level and experienced wages. Job seekers, employers, government planners, educational specialists, and economic developers are users of this data.
OES employment estimates are the basis for occupational projections, and the wage data is used to provide prevailing wage information for Foreign Labor Certification. The annual publication of OES data contains employment and wage data for roughly 600 occupations in New Hampshire.
